Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns:

• We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 10 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

• We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
